Introducing the Gabriola Thriver Guide and Workbook

The Gabriola Island Chamber of Commerce is proud to have participated in the Gabriola:Together We Triumph project supported by the Gabriola Arts Council and funded by The Government of Canada through the Department of Canadian Heritage.

The Gabriola Thriver Guide and Workbook invites you to consider advice from local experts to create your own plan for resiliency and community sufficiency.  It’s 80 pages filled with practical tips and resources to help you thrive when it comes to food, water, shelter, wellbeing and emergency preparedness.  In each section, thought-provoking prompts encourage a commitment to small steps in building resiliency for yourself and our community.
